Our registered native/heritage American Milking Shorthorn cows have been carefully selected for proven genetics and performance. We look for overall balance in our animals. Our goal is to raise cattle that thrive on forage and calve unassisted. They live naturally as a herd pastured year round. We hand milk them for our own use without separating their calves from them at any time prior to weaning. In every aspect of our stewardship we try to work with nature not against it.
